Updated: Feb 15

Dedicated to the camp builders, both new and long-term. Keep creating magic.

Fixed spawns

There are 260 Cement Bag spawns in Appalachia, not including internal (load screens) and Instanced locations.

I have used a mod on Custom World to make the concrete bags glow orange so they are easier to see in the pictures.

Here is an example of what the bags of cement look like in the photos.

Bags of Cement are a pick-up history, per server, fixed spawn.

If you don't know what any of that means, then you might want to read over this guide here first.

Toxic Valley

43x Bags of Cement

Clancy Manor

13x Bags of Cement

1x Bag of Cement

From the fast travel point, head straight toward the Manor and stop when you get to the large pile of logs blocking the road. Jump on top of the pile of logs and face North. Walk forward and stop at the large broken tree trunk. Turn West and face the Manor. Walk toward and the first bag of cement will be on top of one of the wooden crates to the right.

6x Bags of Cement

Follow the edge of the Manor around, keeping it against your left-hand side. Continue to follow the edge of the house around (West) and you will find another six bags of cement. The fourth, fifth, and sixth bags are glitched under the dirt so throw some grenades to make them pop up to the surface.

5x Bags of Cement

Continue to follow the Manor around and stop at the rusty red ute/pick-up truck. Turn South and you will see a pile of Cinder blocks on your left, against the boarded-over windows. Behind the Cinder blocks are five bags of cement. The fifth bag is glitched underground so throw a grenade or two to bring them to the surface.

1x Bag of Cement

The final bag of cement is at the end of the bench, closest to the rusty red ute/pick-up truck.

Hemlock Holes

5x Bags of Cement

From Clancy Manor, go the main road out the front and face East. Follow the road towards Hemlock Holes golf course. It's a bit of a walk so just keep going until the road splits in two, one road staying straight and the other going right. Take the road on the right and stop at the first concrete barrier on your right. Turn and face South, you should see some hay bales in the distance. Run over to the hay bales, face West and you will see a stage with a speaker on it. Walk behind the stage and the five bags of cement are next to the Cinder blocks, to the right of the Tinker's bench. Some will be half underground but you can interact with these ones without throwing any grenades.

Wavy Willard's Water Park

2x Bags of Cement

From the spawn-in point, run straight forward and enter the water park. Keep walking forward and stop at the large water fountain in the middle. Stand on top of the fountain and turn SE. Run between the stalls and buildings, and go through the hole in the stone wall on your right. Continue walking straight until you get to a dark brick building. Enter the building and walk to the end. Open the door and turn right and the two bags of cement will be at your feet.

The Crater

1x Bag of Cement

From the fast travel point, run straight forward, past the red dump truck, and up the stairs. On the metal shelf just before the door to AE-Ri's Gun Shop is a bag of cement.

3x Bags of Cement

There is some good loot here including pepper, spices, and a Flight Data Recorder which can be displayed.

Stand with AE-Ri behind you and face East. Follow the path to the end and jump on top of the yellow bungalow on your left. Turn South and you should see a water purifier, part of the spaceship, and a large rock cliff wall and then if you squint hard you will see the top of a Raider lookout tower on top of the cliff rock wall. Jump down to the ground and run straight South, up the cliff rock wall and stop at the Raider lookout tower. At the back of the tower, next to the tinkers bench are three bags of cement.

Poseidon Power Substation PX-03

2x Bags of Cement

Run over to the Substation from the spawn-in location and open the metal wire gate in front of you. Behind the gate, on your right are two Bags of Cement.

Grafton Steel - External

8x Bags of Cement

If you haven't already, you might need to run up and grab the set of keys for the doors. At the top of the very very tall pipe/tower (follow the catwalk up), you will find a skeleton wearing a hard hat and a blue cooler. The keys are inside the blue cooler.

3x Bags of Cement

From the fast travel point, run over to the small yellow digger in front of you. Just past the digger, on your right, is a set of stairs. Take the stairs up and walk forward until you hit the building opposite. To your left is a door. Open the door and the first three bags of cement are on the bench, in the corner, behind the door.

2x Bags of Cement

Turn around and walk back over to the yellow digger at the front. Face West and walk forward. When you get to the rails, jump down to the ground and take the stairs that are in front of you and to your left. Turn right and keep following the stairs to the top. The next two bags of cement are under the ramp on your left.

1x Bag of Cement

From the two bags above, jump down to the ground. Follow the ramps and catwalk in front of you and enter the blue double doors on your right (Smelter). Turn right and at the top of the ramp is another bag of cement on top of a wooden crate.

2x Bags of Cement

From the catwalk above, drop down to the ground and turn North. Walk forward until you get to the red door and then turn East. To your right is a ramp. Go up the ramp and turn South. There will be two bags of cement on a trolley in front of you.

Grafton Steel Underground - Internal

9x Bags of Cement

These bags of cement can be accessed without the quest Fun and Games active.

3x Bags of Cement

Enter the Underground through the grill, walk through the metal pipe tunnel, and keep walking straight until you get to the green production line. Turn North and walk until you hit a wall. The first three bags of cement will be in front of you.

2x Bags of Cement

From the bags above, turn around and go back to the metal pipe tunnel, and stop at the yellow machinery on your left. Face South and use the machinery to jump up to the second level. Once you are on the second floor, face West and head over to the office with the grey metal door. The next two bags of cement can be found on the metal shelf opposite the door, on your right.

These four bags of cement can only be accessed while the quest Fun and Games is active.

When you reach the end of Grafton Underground, where the Sentry Bot spawns, there will be 3 blue metal offices in a semi-circle, one on your left and two on your right.

3x Bags of Cement

Turn and walk over to the Southern corner of the room. On some metal shelves near the tube where the Sentry Bot spawns from, are three bags of cement.

1x Bag of Cement

Walk over to the North corner of the room and stand in the corner. Turn around and face South. The last bag of cement is leaning against the long metal cabinet, at the back of the blue metal office.

Eastern Regional Penitentiary - External

2x Bags of Cement

From the fast travel point, run over to the blue ute/pickup truck and turn North. Walk down the side of the Penitentiary so the stone walls are on your right and the wire fence is on your left. Keep walking forward until you get to the hole in the wall on your right. Enter the building on your left and walk over to the racks closest to the door. One bag of cement will be on the third shelf and the other bag will be half-buried under the bottom shelf on the left. (Refer to photo).

Eastern Regional Penitentiary - Internal

3x Bags of Cement

From the building above, face South and walk forward. Keep walking forward until you get to the cream and orange trailers. Stand in the middle of the trailers and face East. Walk through the small gate and turn right. Walk forward and go through the blue double doors marked "Cell Block D".

1x Bag of Cement

Once inside, in front of you will be a wire and metal wall and an orange cart behind it. Walk around the wall and the first bag of cement will be on the ground next to the orange cart.

2x Bags of Cement

Stand next to the orange cart and face South. Walk forward until you hit the wall on the other side of the room. Turn and face North and you should be looking at the last two bags of cement, next to an overturned orange crate.

Smith Farm

2x Bags of Cement

From the spawn in location, turn and face South. You will see a ruined building in the distance. Head over to the ruined building. Turn SE and follow the building around to the back.
