Where to find and how to farm for Concrete and Cement in Fallout 76: The Mire

Fixed spawns

There are 260 Cement Bag spawns in Appalachia, not including internal (load screens) and Instanced locations.


I have used a mod on Custom World to make the concrete bags glow orange so they are easier to see in the pictures.


Here is an example of what the bags of cement look like in the photos.

Bags of Cement are a pick-up history, per server, fixed spawn.

If you don't know what any of that means, then you might want to read over this guide here first.

 

The Mire

Thunder Mountain Power Plant Yard

2x Bags of Cement

From the fast travel point, turn East and run over to the large cooling tower. Walk under the cooling tower and you will see a ramp going up on either side of you. Walk between the ramps and the two bags of cement will be at the bottom of the large brown pipe in the middle of the tower.


2x Bags of Cement

From the above bags, turn until you are in line with the workshop icon. Run forward, following the workshop icon until you are standing in the middle of the tents. Turn and face South and you will see the substation in front of you, just behind the pile of logs. Stand on the pile of logs and use it to jump over the fence and into the substation yard. Turn around and face North and the two bags of cement will be in the corner, near some metal barrels, behind the gate.


Dolly Sods Wilderness

From the spawn in location, face West and run over to the building on your left. Walk up the stairs and the bag of cement will be on your right, on top of some wooden crates.


Mosstown

From the fast travel location, run straight forward and stop at the wooden bridge. Turn right and walk around the outside of the buildings. Keep following the outside of the buildings until you get to a boat with Cappy sitting at the front of it. Behind the boat is a building. Enter the building via the stairs and the two bags of cement are next to the tinkers bench on the left.

Jump on top of the building and face West. Line yourself up with the Fissure site Map Marker and walk forward. Keep walking forward until you get to the second building/complex that is next to the fissure site.

Take the ramp up on your left and enter the house. Walk straight through the house and stand in the middle of the back room with the bathtub in it. Turn North and the three bags of cement are on the left-hand side of the white metal table.

From the spawn in location, face South and run forward. Take the road on the right and follow it until you get to a grey truck with a blue trailer. Stand at the front of the truck and face East. Veer right and go up the stairs, then turn South. You should be facing a ramp. Walk up the ramp on your right and at the top, turn right. Walk to the end of the catwalk and the bag of cement will be on top of the metal table on your right. If you blew up the cars on the road then the bag will move and may be laying on the catwalk or on the ground below.


2x Bags of Cement

From the bag above, face West and jump down to the ground. Walk to the front of the truck, face West, and walk up the stairs in front of you. At the top of the stairs, face SW and walk forward. You will see a doorway on your right. Enter the doorway and the two bags of cement are next to the yellow forklift in front of you.


Tanagra Town

From the fast travel point, follow the road towards the town. On your left will be a half-destroyed shed. Enter the shed and the bag of cement is leading against the metal shelf on the left.


Berkeley Springs

1x Bag of Cement

From the spawn in location, turn NW and run forward. Jump over the rocks and the water and climb up the cliff. If you went in the correct direction, then you should be standing behind a red tractor and a red barn with white doors. Enter the barn and take the stairs to the top level. Turn NW and walk over to the other side of the barn. The bag of cement is half buried, on the left of the large red toolbox.

2x Bags of Cement

From the fast travel point, turn South and walk over to the orange cloth pieces. Stand on the path and face West. The will be a yellow school bus in front of you. Veer left and walk over to the bus and stop at the front of the bus. Face West again and in front of you will be a stop sign and a white tree with some orange vines starting to grow on it. Walk over to the tree. On the left side of the tree there is a green porta-potty, the bag of cement is between the porta-potty and the small fence. Go back and stand at the tree again, on the right side of the tree is a platform and a rusty car on cinder blocks. On the platform, next to the black chair, is the second bag of cement.

Go back over to the school bus and face NW. Follow the path that is straight in front of you. As you walk up, check on your left, on the corner of the second hut. The two bags of cement are leaning against the wall, near some cinder blocks.


Dagger's Den - Internal

From the bags above, turn around and walk over to the yellow door. Open the door and follow the path. The door to the den will be set into the rock face, on your left.


2x Bags of Cement

Once inside, follow the path around. Head in a North direction and stay on the top level. Walk past the Power Armour station and the workbenches. Follow the path and turn left in the first hut. Continue to follow the path until you get to the bed. You should be in a bedroom, with 2 bunks on your right and a single bed on your left. The two bags of cement are on the left side of the single bed.

Turn around and walk out of the bedroom. Follow the path and stop when you get to the red couch on your right. On your left will be a metal drum. Just past the drum is a set of stairs. Walk down the stairs and face East, to your right will be some wooden barrels and crates. To the left of the crates is the last bag of cement.


Sunday Brothers Cabin

2x Bags of Cement

From the spawn in location, run straight over to the main house, run through the house, jump over the bathtub, and stop in the middle of the field in the back where the Moonshine Jamboree event is held. Turn and face SE and there should be a small shed in front of you. Walk over and enter the shed. To your right, behind the metal drums are the two bags of cement.


The Burrows South (Harper's Ferry)

From the fast travel point, turn East and you will be facing the Armoury building. Walk over to the closest corner of the building and face South. Walk forward and go past 4 metal drums on your left and then two more metal drums. Next to the drums is a door. Open the door and the two bags of cement are inside.


1x Bag of Cement

Exit the room above and face North. Climb, run around, or jetpack up the rock wall to get to the church. Stand at the doorway at the front of the church and face North. Walk forward and drop off the edge. Turn East and follow the path down until you see a small metal table. The bag of cement is on the other side of the table.


4x Bags of Cement

Turn and face North. Walk straight and then veer left and stop at the red shipping container gate. The four bags of cement are on the left-hand side of the gate. Two on either side of the gate frame. Refer to the photo below.

Jump over or open the gate and follow the road to the end. Turn right and follow the road down until you see a rusty white van on your right. At the van turn and face SE. There will be a spinning fan on a pole in front of you and a three-story building behind that. Head over to the three-story building and stop at the boarded-up door. On either side of the door are four bags of cement. The other two bags are against the tall wall on your left.


2x Bags of Cement

Stand at the base of the fan on a pole and face South. Walk forward and veer slightly left and follow the path between the buildings. At the end of the path, near the brick wall are the two bags of cement.


The Burrows - Internal

Start at The Burrows South.


1x Bag of Cement

From the load-in point, go down the stairs and follow the tunnel (South) to the end. Turn left and keep following the tunnel (East) until you get to a large cave-in/pile of rocks. Turn SE and walk over to the doorway with the red light. Walk straight til you hit a wall and then turn left. Follow the tunnel down and take the doorway on the left. Walk straight and then take the stairs up on your left. Follow the stairs to the top and turn left. Walk straight, up the wooden stairs, onto the platform. At the end of the platform, the bag of cement will be in the wheelbarrow.

Turn around and NE and follow the tunnel, until you see a "Keep Out" sign and a pipe on the left and right. Walk through the pipe on the right and follow the path North until you see a "Do Not Enter" sign next to a red light. Stand at the metal bar gate and face West. Follow the path straight until you get to a caged area on your right. Walk forward a few steps and then turn right. There should be a step of stairs on your left, a doorway, and then some more stairs on your right. Under the stairs on the right, inside the wheelbarrow is the Bag of Cement.

Turn around and face SW. Walk forward and take the path on the right. When you get to the red light on the wall, turn right and walk through the tunnel filled with water to the end. At the end of the tunnel, face West and walk straight. Veer slightly left towards the doorway and the Bag of Cement will be on a wooden crate, next to the door, on your left.

Stand in the doorway and face SW. Walk straight and enter the doorway opposite you. Turn left and walk up the blue wooden ramp. The three Bags of Cement are in the wheelbarrow in front of you.


1x Bag of Cement

Turn around, go back out the doorway, and face North. Cross the tunnel and go up the stairs on your right. Take the first doorway on your right and walk straight (North) and the Bag of Cement will be on the workbench in front of you.


Harpers Ferry Tunnel - Internal

2x Bags of Cement

From the fast travel point, walk over to the red door and enter the tunnel. Follow the train tracks East until you reach a small single room with an orange door in the middle of the tracks. Move over to the train tracks on the left of the room and walk forward until you see a set of stairs and some blue double doors on your left. Turn North and enter the blue double doors. The two bags of cement are on the metal shelf on your left, behind the door.


Ransacked Bunker - Internal

3x Bags of Cement

Enter the Bunker and head over to the door in the SW corner. Open the door and start to walk down the stairs. The three bags of cement are on the metal shelf on your left.


Dabney Homestead (KMAX Transmission)

1x Bag of Cement

Fast travel to KMAX Transmission and then run over to the Dabney Homestead workshop. Head over to the house (West), open the door, and walk inside. Turn North and walk to the corner of the room. Turn around and look down and you will see the bag of cement half under the floor.
