If you find Stingwing meat in locations not listed below, then you have found a raw food spawn location. These spawn locations use the raw food loot pool. So while you could get a piece of Stingwing meat there today, it could be a piece of mole rat meat there tomorrow.

From the fast travel point, face East and run forward, through the doorway in front of you.
Miners Monument

From the spawn in location, face East and run forward. Cross the road, continue straight, and jump the fence.
Veer left and stop at the small white building in front of you.
Turn NE and run forward. You will see a small white building with a robot manufacturing pod, on your right, between the trees. The Stingwings spawn out the front of the building.
Big B's Rest Stop

From the fast travel point, turn South and run up the hill.
Keep running South until you get to the body of water.
Use VATS to find the Stingwing spawns. You will need to be quick as the NPC can kill them before you can get a tag on them.
