From the spawn location, head west toward the building.
Enter through the door near the ground-floor stairs, go behind the reception desk, and take the elevator down to the Biome Lab.
Exit the elevator and face north, stopping at the machine in the center of the room. Turn southwest and look for the “Habitat C” sign on the wall, partially covered in vines. Head to the large hole beneath the sign and follow the path marked by the yellow line on the floor to enter Habitat C.
The first Mirelurk Hunter spawns beneath the green metal stairs you walk down. You may need to pass under the stairs a few times for it to appear.
Return to the bottom of the stairs and face west. Walk forward until you reach the wall on the far side of the habitat. The second spawn appears near the Kaleidopore flower on your left.
New River Gorge Resort

From the spawn-in location, run forward past all the buildings and head to the back of the resort, where the pool is, for three mirelurk spawns.
From the pool area, face south and walk forward, jumping over the small stone wall. Continue until you reach the cabin ahead. The entrance to the cabin is under the floor on the southwest side, but the last two mirelurks will usually come out to meet you if you wait by the underfloor entrance.

From the spawn-in location, follow the road straight ahead and stop when you reach the North 91 sign on your right. Turn to face north, then run forward and jump over the wire fence. Continue by either walking around or jumping over the metal fence until you are standing at the edge of the treatment pits. Jump down into the pits and run around, and the two mirelurks will spawn.
Summersville

From the spawn-in location, turn west and run forward until you reach the river. Turn left and follow the river upstream, and the three mirelurks will spawn.
Ohio River Adventures

From the spawn-in location, turn east and run out to the road. Turn left and follow the road until you see the stone wall on your right. The first mirelurk will spawn by the stone wall or on the road opposite.
Stand at the stone wall and face west, then walk toward the river. The next mirelurk has a bit of a random spawn. Sometimes it appears near the fast travel point, and other times it spawns between the main road and the river, so use V.A.T.S. to locate it.
Stand on the edge of the river and face southwest. Follow the riverbank around, past the raider camp, and continue along past Jangles the Moon Monkey playing golf. Keep going and you will come across the last three mirelurks.

From the spawn-in location, turn and face east. Run toward Whitespring Resort and jump the fence. Continue heading east until you reach the path. Follow the path until you come to a small guardhouse on your left. Next to the guardhouse is a small pond. You may need to jump into the water to trigger the mirelurk spawns.

From the spawn in location, run straight forward and swim around in the water, and the Mirelurks will spawn. Some Mirelurks will also spawn around the Boat House on the left.

From the spawn location, face west and count the monorail poles in front of you. Walk forward to the third pole. Stand at its base and face west again. Continue walking until you reach a small creek, then follow it to the right to find the Mirelurks.
Note: The eggs here can not be harvested.

From the spawn location, jump down and enter the Glass Caverns.
Follow the train track west (there is only one direction you can go) and continue downhill until you reach the room with the yellow machinery and the first Scorchbeast corpse.
Face northeast and follow the track into the next room. Stay on the right-hand track, and two Mirelurk Kings will spawn on your left.
Continue following the track east until you reach a cross-junction. Turn right, pass the red gas bottles, and go through the door on your right. Jump down into the water, and the final two Mirelurks will spawn here.
Atlantic City
The Boardwalk

Once you load into The Boardwalk, face northeast and run to the doorway beneath the Nuka-Cherry sign. Follow the tunnel to the end and face east. Walk forward and jump down to the ground. A white wooden boat will be on your left with the first two Mirelurks nearby.
From that boat, face north and run to the black metal boat ahead. Head toward the back of the boat, and the final two Mirelurks will spawn.
