There are 30 possible spawn locations for the Listening Bugs, with only 9 spawning per expedition.
All 9 will spawn at the same time and they can be collected in any order, by both the Team Leader and Teammates.
The Listening Bugs are separated into three different sections of the Casino. The Kitchen, The Casino Floor, and the Hotel Wing.
Hotel Wing
To get to the Hotel Wing:
From the front door of the casino, follow the red carpet path, veer right, and stop at the bottom of the stairs.
Turn right and follow the red carpet path around, until you get to another set of stairs.
Follow the stairs to the very top and walk over to the door on the South side of the room.
You are now in the Hotel Wing of the Casino. There are three Hotel rooms in this section.

Spawn Location # 1
Main Corridor of the Hotel Wing
Enter the corridor and look to your left. Follow the bookcases along and between the end of the bookcases and the door to room 101 is the listening bug.
Spawn Location # 2
Main Corridor of the Hotel Wing
From the end of the bookcase above, face South and keep walking down the corridor. Just past room 102, on your right, is a white cement pot plant. The listening bug is behind the pot plant, on the wall.
Spawn Location # 3
Main Corridor of the Hotel Wing
Follow the corridor to the end and stop at the locked double doors. Turn North and the listening bug is under the white table, on your right.

Main Corridor of the Hotel Wing
At the end of the corridor, on the luggage trolley.

Room 101
Behind the toilet, in the bathroom.

Room 101
Open the door that is on the left-hand side of the bed. The listening bug is on the wall, on your left, covered with white paint, inside the dressing room.
Spawn Location # 7
Room 102
Enter the room and walk over to the bed. The listening bug is under the side table, on the right-hand side of the bed.

Open the door that is on the left-hand side of the bed. The listening bug is on your right, inside the dressing room.
Spawn Location # 9
Room 104
Open the first door on your left. The listening bug is inside the shower.
Spawn Location # 10
Room 104
Open the door that is on the left-hand side of the bed. The listening bug is on your right, inside the dressing room.
Casino Floor
To get to the Casino Floor:
From the front door of the casino, follow the red carpet path, veer right, and stop at the bottom of the stairs.

Spawn Location # 11
At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and turn left again. There should be a door in front of you. To the right of the door, behind the pillar, is the listening bug.
Spawn Location # 12
Walk over and stand at the bottom of the stairs again. Turn left and walk straight, past the World's Biggest Slot Machine. Keep walking straight, past the slot machines on your left and the Dice Table on your right. Stop when you get to the statue head inside the display case. The listening bug is next to the display case.
Spawn Location # 13
Stand in front of the statue head inside the display case and face East. Walk straight forward, jumping over the tables, until you hit the wall. There should be a Roulette Table behind you and a black Whitesprings rubbish bin to your right. The listening bug is next to the rubbish bin.
Spawn Location # 14
Stand on top of the Roulette Table (the table that is furthest away from the rubbish bin) and face South. You should be looking at a wood and green bar with two red dice spinning around in the middle. Directly in front of you is a pillar with yellow and blue curtains on either side of it. Walk over to that pillar and the listening bug is on the wall of the pillar, on the side closest to the bar.
Spawn Location # 15
From the bar, turn and face NE. There should be a row of tables on some red carpet. Walk over to the tables and stop at the table that is closest to the blacked-out window. The listening bug is behind the red pot plant, next to the last table.
Spawn Location # 16
From the pot plant, turn and face South. Walk forward a few steps and turn left. Follow the curve of the wall around and the listening bug is behind the second black Whitesprings rubbish bin.
Spawn Location # 17
Turn West and walk back over to the bar with the spinning dice. There is a rare baseball bat spawn on one of the shelves behind the bar. Walk around the inside of the bar and the listening bug is on the bottom shelf near the blue cash register.
Spawn Location # 18
Stand at the bar and face South. You will see a stage with a piano on it. Walk forward and stop at the tables and chairs in front of the stage. Turn around NE, and the listening bug is on the wall, next to the table and chairs in front of you.
Spawn Location # 19
Jump onto the stage and stand behind the piano. The listening bug is next to the red pot plant.
Spawn Location # 20
Walk to the front of the stage and turn West. Walk down the stairs and the listening bug is on the wall, on your left, next to the slot machines.
Kitchen
To get to the kitchen:
From the front door of the casino, follow the red carpet path, veer left, and stop at the bottom of the stairs. Turn left, walk past the World's Biggest Slot Machine, and open the door on your left. Walk forward and stop at the end of the hallway. You are now in the kitchen section of the Casino.
There is a rare baseball bat spawn in the Manager's office, just past the kitchen.

Spawn Location # 21
At the end of the hallway, turn left and walk straight, until you hit the wall. You should be standing next to a water fountain. Turn East, and the listening bug will be on the wall in front of you.
Spawn Location # 22
As you enter the kitchen section, on your right, look for a trolley with 2 slot machines on it. The listening bug is next to the slot machine sitting on the ground.
Spawn Location # 23
From the slot machines above, turn West and walk over to the ice box. The listening bug is on the left-hand side of the ice box.
Spawn Location # 24
On the South side of the kitchen is a row of metal counters. The listening bug is at the far end of the row.
Spawn Location # 25
From the listening bug above, turn and face NW. You will see a small white sink, on the wall in front of you. The listening bug is on the cabinet, on the right-hand side of the sink.
Spawn Location # 26
Continue following the kitchen around, and on the counter on your right, you will find another listening bug.
Spawn Location # 27
Stand at the listening bug above and face North. Walk to the end of the counter and turn right. The listening bug is in front of you, on the wall.
Spawn Location # 28
Face NW and walk over to the blue fridge. The listening bug is on the shelf, on your right, next to the fridge.
Spawn Location # 29
Exit the kitchen and face North. Follow the corridor and the listening bug is on the wall on your right, under the telephone.
Spawn Location # 30
Keep following the hallway North until you see the door marked "Security" on your left. Enter the Security Office and face North. The listening bug is on the bottom row of the wall of security camera screens.
