Apart from the notes and terminal entries that come with each mini questline. There is a little bit of lore on the terminal in the main building at Black Mountain Ordnance Works.
Black Mountain Ordnance Works is based on a real location called West Virginia Ordnance Works.

Steps to find the key:
Note: You will take on some rads throughout this mini-quest so prepare accordingly.
Step 1) Fast travel to Graninger Farm in the Toxic Valley and head in a SE direction towards the location marked on the map below near the butterfly.
Look for the broken safe, inside the broken house, in the middle of the pond of water.
Inside the safe is an Alien Blaster pistol and a "Rusted Key". Collect the rusty key and move onto the next step.
Step 2) Fast travel to Freddy Fear's House of Scares in The Mire.
It is suggested to clear the enemies first before going any further.
From the fast travel point, turn and face North. Walk down the right-hand side of the building until you see a set of stairs.
Walk up the stairs until you get to the top. Walk forward a bit until you see a red door on your right-hand side.
Pick up the note that is on the ground, half tucked under the door first and then use the Rusted Key to open the door.
Walk inside the room and collect the holotape "Stolen Terminal Passcode" from under the desk.
Don't forget to grab the Mr Handy Model while you are here.
There are also 5 fixed spawns for Board Games if you need one for a daily score challenge.
Step 3) Fast travel to Morgantown and head to the Shadowbreeze Apartments.
From the fast travel point, head in an SW direction, through the gap in the wall made by the APC, and onto the road. The apartment building is directly in front of you.
You will need to jump up or climb up the scaffolding to enter the door on the second-floor balcony.
Once you are inside, clear the ghouls out and look for a set of stairs that will take you to the top floor. At the top of the stairs is a corridor with a doorway on either end. Turn right and enter the door on your left.
Enter the apartment and go up the stairs on your left. At the top, turn right and right again and you will be able to see the terminal from where you are standing.
Once you are on the terminal. You need to read the top two entries and then select "Write Access Code to Holotape".
Note: At the moment, this next part of the quest is a little buggy. For some reason, this part can only be done once per server so it is suggested that you use a private server to complete the rest of this mini-quest.
Step 4) Fast travel to Pleasant Valley Cabins in the Savage Divide.
From the fast travel point, turn West and walk down to the first cabin with the red car parked out the front, on your right.
Clear out the turrets and head towards the bedroom at the end of the building.
Pick up the note that is on the table under the terminal and then jump on the terminal.
Once you are on the terminal, you will see this screen.
Click on "Generate One-Time Key". You will need to write this code down or take a photo of it with your phone.
Step 5) Leave the bedroom and walk back towards the kitchen. As you enter the lounge room, there is a door leading outside to a balcony on your left. Turn and walk through that door and stand on the balcony near the yellow chairs. Walk through the gap in the railing and drop down onto the ledge below.
Turn around until you are facing South. Walk forward, under the house until you hit a rock face. Turn left and walk straight between the gap in the rocks.
Keep walking forward until you hit a brick wall, then turn right and you will see a safe and keypad on the wall in front of you.
Take the code that you wrote down and enter it into the keypad on the wall. This will unlock the safe and allow you to take the TNT Dome key 2.
TNT Dome key 2 location
Fast travel to Black Mountain Ordnance Works.
From the fast travel point, follow the road South and then turn left at the T junction. Walk East along the road until you see three Blood Eagles on your left. Kill the Blood Eagles and stand in front of the dome door that they were guarding.
Turn and face South and walk forward, across the road until you get to a rock in front of you and a tree on your right. Jump over the rock and walk forward a few more steps until you hit a rock face. Turn left and you will see the dome in front of you.

There are high rads inside this dome.
The plan and some Alien Blaster ammo can be found on the table. Some more ammo can be found in the metal box under the table.
