How to request Atom shop items that are not currently in the Atom shop:
Click on this link https://help.bethesda.net/#en/home
Log in to your Bethesda account or sign up for one if you don't already have one.
Click on "Fallout 76".
Click on "Billing/Purchase/Code".
Pick your platform.
Click on "I need help with the Atomic Shop"
Click on "Yes"
Select "I want to gift an Atomic Shop item to a friend" OR "I want to purchase an Atomic Shop item for myself"
Enter your GT, PSN, or Steam Name
If you only want one item, select the item from the drop-down box on the left. If you want two items, select an item from the drop-down box on the left and the right.
Click "Submit"
Bethesda Customer Service will send you an email to the email address that you registered your account with, to confirm the details and let you know how many atoms it will cost.
Reply back to their email to confirm the purchase and make sure you have enough atoms on that account.
It can take 2 days to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and confirmed. Just keep an eye on your inbox and check the spam folder for any responses.
If the item/s that you want are not on the list, then you will need to wait and go back and check in a few weeks to see if they have updated the list.
Customer Service will no longer process an email ticket, asking for items, not on the list.
