Note: Any non-hostile human enemies that can be killed will also contribute towards this challenge. NPCs located along the riverbanks between Morgantown and Flatwoods can be useful for this.

Additionally, for the 'cripple human limbs' challenge, you can head to the Ohio River area. There, you can manually aim and shoot the named NPCs in the limbs. They will be "downed" but will get back up after a few seconds, allowing you to repeat the process.
