Neon Nights 1
Unlocks
Battle Up chem recipe
Buff
+40% Ranged Damage for 3 minutes
+25% Weapon Accuracy for 3 minutes
+300 Damage Resistance for 3 minutes
System Location
Volii/Volii Alpha/Neon/Ryujin Industries HQ/Executive Offices
Magazine Location
This location is unlocked during the Ryujin Industries questline "Top Secrets".
Exit the elevator and turn right. At the end of the corridor, turn left and take the stairs on your right.
At the top of the stairs, keep walking straight and stop at the bottom of the second set of stairs.
Turn right and walk straight, until you get to the office at the end.
Enter the office. You should be standing in Alexis Pryce's office.
The magazine is on the side table, against the wall on your right.
Neon Nights 2
Unlocks
S.T.E.V.E chem recipe
Buff
Slows time by 40% for 10 seconds
+40% Ranged Damage for 10 seconds
+50% Weapon Accuracy for 10 seconds
System Location
Volii/Volii Alpha/Neon/Trade Tower: Astral Lounge
Magazine Location
From the Spaceport Terminal elevator, turn right and run all the way to the end (Trade Tower). Go up the pink stairs and enter the Astral Lounge.
Walk straight until you are standing in front of the center dance platform. Turn left and walk over to the VIP Elevator. Take the elevator to the VIP Balcony.
Exit the elevator and turn right. Follow the corridor down until you get to the door marked "Booth 1".
Enter the booth and the magazine is on your right, in the corner, on the table.
Neon Nights 3
Unlocks
O2 Shot chem recipe
Buff
+500% O2 recovery for 2 seconds
System Location
Volii/Volii Alpha/Neon/Trade Tower: Celt Corp
Magazine Location
From the Spaceport Terminal elevator, turn right and run all the way to the end (Trade Tower).
Stand at the bottom of the pink stairs and turn right. You will see the "Celt Corp" sign up on the wall in front of you.
Walk over to the sign and take the elevator on your left up to Celt Corp.
Enter the Celt Corp lobby and walk straight, past the desks, until you get to a white couch at the end.
The magazine is on the arm of the couch.
Neon Nights 4
Unlocks
RedAMP chem recipe
Buff
+50% Melee Damage for 2 minutes
+50% Movement Speed for 2 minutes
2x Jump Height for 2 minutes
+400 Damage Resistance for 2 minutes
System Location
Volii/Volii Alpha/Neon/Underbelly/Generdyne Industries
Magazine Location
This location can only be accessed during the "Absolute power" quest line.
Follow the map marker to Generdyne's Power Core and complete the task at the terminal. Once you have completed the task, the game will tell you to locate Breyson Bayu.
Follow the map marker to CTO: Breyson Bayu's Office.
The magazine will be on the coffee table, between the two chairs, in Breyson Bayu's Office.

Volii/Volii Alpha/Neon/Trade Tower: Xenofresh Corporate HQ
Magazine Location
From the Spaceport Terminal elevator, turn right and run all the way to the end (Trade Tower).
Stand at the bottom of the pink stairs and turn right. You will see the "Celt Corp" sign up on the wall in front of you.
Walk over to the sign and take the elevator on your left up Xenofresh Corporate HQ.
Exit the elevator and turn right.
Walk over to the picture on the wall, and the magazine is on the table, under the picture.
