In Fallout 76, the Rested system has four variants, all granting a +5% XP bonus, but the duration varies depending on where you sleep and who you sleep near.
Only one Rested buff can be active at a time.
Stacks with other XP boosts (e.g., Path to Enlightenment).
Sleeping again will replace your current Rested buff.
The Rested bonus is removed if you die.

Buff 2

Sleep in a bed that you own while your romantic ally is within your camp’s build area, and the Homebody perk card is equipped

How to Activate Romance Status with Your Ally
Depending on which ally you have, romance is unlocked in different ways:
Some allies can be romanced simply by speaking to them and exhausting all of their dialogue options.
Others require you to complete their questline and choose the romantic or flirty dialogue options along the way.
Not all allies are romanceable — some are strictly companions with no romance path.
If you build your ally’s C.A.M.P. item while already in a world, the game might not register it properly, and the buff won’t apply. To fix it, go back to the main menu, join a new world, and then sleep in a bed. The Kindred Spirit or Lover’s Embrace buff should trigger as expected.
