**SUBJECT TO CHANGE PORTING TO LIVE SERVERS**
With thanks to Garust, Vicyorus and SugarBombs.Rads and a HUGE thanks to Coffee888, you are the best PTS testing buddy a person could ask for.
This guide is broken up into the following sections:
Recommended items
The Titan's stats
Questline
How to start the event
Step by step of the event
Rewards
Seismic Activity (or the Titan) is part of the Nuka World on Tour DLC that drops in December 2022.
This event will be permanently added to the Public Event list.
A notification will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen and in the World Activity tab in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
It is recommended that you run the following gear and perk cards to make the event a little easier:
Melee weapon
Funky Duds Legendary Perk Card or Posion Resist legendary armour rolls or food buffs
Glow Sight perk card under Perception
Turn off all unrelated event and quest map markers in your Pip-Boy
The Titan's stats
30,000 base HP
Heals to full upon first reaching 50% HP, like other Legendary enemies
70% damage reduction on all incoming damage
350 resistance to fire
400 resistance to all other damage types, including rads.
Hunter's and Zealot's Prefix weapons do not work on the Titan, nor does ultracite ammo.
Questline
You do not need to start or complete the questline to spawn the Titan.
A questline has been added to the game to explain the lore and backstory of the Titan.
To start the quest "What Slept Beneath," speak with Pete (found sitting at the table, on the left side of the Nuka-Cade),
For spoiler reasons, I won't be covering the questline here. However it is a simple-to-follow questline; just follow the prompts and map markers.
The quest normally takes about an hour, but can be speedrun in about 30 minutes.
The quest uses SPECIAL and addiction checks. It is recommended that you bring a set of Unyielding body armour or some food buffs with you while completing this quest.
The checks include:
3+ and 4+ Perception
6+, 7+ and 8+ Intelligence
15+ Luck
Addicted to Buffout, Calmex, Med-X, Mentats, or Pyscho
The quest rewards
XP (base 250xp)
Caps (base 30c) if you hand in just the holotape
Caps (base 60c) if you hand in the holotape and the supplies
How to start the event
As with the other end bosses in this game, you will need to launch a nuke to spawn the Titan.
There are a few nuke placements available, as seen in the photos below.
The hit box is a bit iffy, and the entire Abandoned Mine Shaft 2 icon needs to be covered in order to spawn the Titan and start the event.

Step by step walkthrough of the event
Once the nuke hits Abandoned Mine Shaft 2, the weather will change, and 11 large ultracite shards (crystals) will form.
You have 10 minutes to destroy all 11 crystals using a melee weapon.
If you try to destroy the crystals using a non-melee weapon, you will get a popup notification on the top left hand corner of the screen.
Once you have destroyed the 11 crystals, the Titan will emerge.
Phase 1
You have 3.5 minutes to destroy the three crystals and take at least 20% of the Titan's health.
You MUST do a minimum of 20% damage to the Titan during each of the first three phases or the Titan will not move to the next location and the event will fail.
The Titan will not take damage until you destroy the three crystals.
Once you have completed Phase 1 and taken at least 20% of his health, the Titan will disappear underground and reappear at the Phase 2 location.
Phase 2
You have 3.5 minutes to destroy the four crystals and take at least 20% of the Titan's health.
The Titan will not take any damage until you destroy the four crystals.
Once you have completed Phase 2, the Titan will disappear underground and reappear at the Phase 3 location.
Phase 3
You have 3.5 minutes to destroy the five crystals and take at least 20% of the Titan's health.
The Titan will not take damage until you destroy the five crystals.
Once you have completed Phase 3, the Titan will disappear underground and reappear at the Phase 4 location—the final location.
Phase 4
You have 3.5 minutes to destroy the six crystals and take the Titan's remaining health.
Once the Titan has been destroyed, you can loot the body.
Standard loot found on the Titan's body includes:

All monies go towards the tools for writing my guides and maybe for an actual cup of coffee or 3 ;)
Alternatively, share my guides with your fellow vault dwellers and help them to survive the wasteland.
